How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.
Are the NutriBullet cups and blades dishwasher safe?
Most NutriBullet cups and lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, the extractor blades should never be placed in the dishwasher and should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
Does my NutriBullet come with a warranty?
Yes, all new NutriBullet units come with a standard one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty plans are also available at the time of purchase.
Can I blend hot liquids in my NutriBullet?
Only the NutriBullet Rx and the NutriBullet Select models are designed to handle hot ingredients. For all other models, blending hot or carbonated liquids can cause pressure buildup and potential injury.
