At NutriBullet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your blender or kitchen accessory, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product securely in its original packaging, including all blades, cups, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned unit, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
